The structure of the ‘Buy in Bulgaria’ includes the well known building company ‘Construmax’, which is an additional warrant for the quality of our services.

‘Construmax’ has proved to be a reliable partner, building a number of office and residential buildings, many family houses, all currently sold out to our satisfied customers, enjoying the stability and the comfort of their new-built properties. One of the most interesting projects of the company is the building of a rural complex including winery with a hotel and a restaurant. The complex is located in the village Ovcharovo and it can impress with its professional realization and bold purpose – investment in the development and promotion of wine making and winery tourism in this undeveloped area.

How did we get there? We have selected a motivated and dynamic team of professionals and collaborators, who take competent care of our customers. We have created a modern web-site with a large and growing data base of real estates and additional services that we continue to develop.
