House in Rosen village, 5km from the sea

We offer you a two-storey house with a spacious yard in the village of Rosen. The house comprises a basement floor (50 m²), a first residential floor (65 m²) and a second residential floor (65 m²). The first floor consists of a spacious living room and a kitchen. The second floor has three bedrooms. On each floor there is a place for a bathroom, which is not completed.

 

The house is partially furnished, on the second floor there are some beds, a wardrobe and a sofa. It requires repairs. In the yard there are parking bays.

The village of Rosen is located on the one of the sides of Burgas-Sozopol road. In the village there is a bus station, a restaurant, a café, a shop, a medical office, a school, a post office. Russians and Englishmen live in the village.
