"Building mutual trust is a key principle in my customer service"

My encounter with "Buy in Bulgaria" was back in 2009. For these 11 years I think of myself as a small seed that met the right conditions and managed to bloom in its most beautiful colors.

Together with the company, we traveled through many small paths that led us to the big straight road. I have worked in all departments of the company, starting from administration, customer service - sales, legal department, marketing, team leader and financial intermediary. Going through all these positions built me as a universal soldier who can adapt to any situation, look from a different perspective and make the most optimal decision.

I also have experience in the management of investment projects - from the idea of its design to its market realization in the shortest possible time.

The years of experience in various positions favored my attitude towards other employees, as well as my leadership style of management. The development of the sales department in Varna was one of the main challenges for me. What I rely on as a manager is not to impose a specific sales method, but to give guidance to everyone on how to find the right personal and successful method for him.

In my communication with clients, I always try to earn their trust and live up to it! I take every inquiry as a personal mission and always put all my energy into it, to accompany the client to the home of his dreams as soon as possible!
