The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and radiators. It has large wardrobes with sliding doors and a king size bed. The bedrooms have a small terrace overlooking the courtyard.

The bathroom is huge, it has a sink placed on a granite top, a spacious shower cabin, a bidet, a toilet and a washing machine, there is a small glazed terrace and two windows, a decorative wall, a large boiler hidden at the bottom, suspended ceiling and additional lighting. All materials in the bathroom are Italian.

There is an option to purchase a garage of 24 sq.m., which is tiled and equipped with an additional automatic door with remote control. The garage is wider than the standard ones in the underground, centrally located and very convenient with a large maneuvering area in front of it. The amount for the garage is 20,000 Euros.

The monthly fee for the apartment is BGN 135, which includes - security, cleaning, consumables, maintenance of the pool and green areas. All repair work and additional expenses are voted on at a general meeting and collected additionally.

Location: The building is located in the most preferred residential area of Euxinograd. All asphalt access, a minute from a public transport stop and a grocery store.
