The park is located in an area of ​​360 decares. The plant collections include more than 300 species of exotic trees and shrubs, and the herbaceous plants are more than 100 species. The Botanical Garden is known for its rich collection of irises, which are more than 250 varieties. The eco-park offers exotic encounters with plants from around the world. More than 30 species of roses are grown in the rosary of the eco-park.

Eco Paradise Children's Park is also nearby. It is built only of natural materials and is a unique place among nature. It offers recreation and barbecue areas, facilities for children, archery, horseback riding.

A few km away, in a majestic forest, is Aladzha Monastery, which is one of the most famous Bulgarian rock monasteries and the largest on our Black Sea coast.

The bus line that connects the neighborhood with the central part of Varna is № 31. A year-round line № 31А is also served, with a route Vinitsa - resort of St. St. Constantine and Helena - Railway Station.
