Anyone looking to buy a house in Bulgaria is in excellent hands with the real estate agency 'Buy in Bulgaria.' We purchased our home in Pobeda, near Dobrich, and were absolutely delighted with their end-to-end support. From the initial viewing to the final closing, we never felt left to our own devices. This agency is truly dedicated to building and maintaining trust.

The purchase was conducted under notarial supervision and in the presence of an interpreter. While there are, of course, associated costs for these services, they are very reasonable. The support continued even after the sale; they assisted us with the registration of electricity and water utilities, as well as tax filings. These post-purchase services are also paid, but the fees are perfectly fair.

If you have a functional command of English, I highly recommend reaching out to Mr. Martin Minchev.
