You can contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone, and we will respond immediately. We will discuss what type of property you are looking for, in which region you would like to buy, what budget you have planned, and for what purpose you are purchasing the property. This allows us to offer you suitable options.

2. Selection of carefully curated properties

Our experienced brokers monitor the market daily and maintain an up-to-date property database. Based on your criteria, you will receive a selected list of properties that truly match your requirements. Our goal is not to send you many properties, but the right properties.

3. Detailed information and consultation

At this stage, we answer all questions related to location and infrastructure, real market value, maintenance costs, investment potential, and other important details. If a property does not meet your expectations, we will offer alternatives.

4. Viewings of selected properties

Once you choose which properties you would like to view, we organize the viewings with the sellers and prepare a convenient schedule, accompanying you personally. During the viewings, you will receive objective information about the areas and the market.

5. Property reservation

Once you select your property, we will prepare a Deposit Agreement, through which the property will be temporarily withdrawn from the market and final price negotiations will begin. All our agreements are available in German, English and Russian.

6. Tax and accounting consultation

Before finalizing the transaction, you will receive consultation on the most suitable way to acquire the property, tax obligations, and administrative procedures. This helps you avoid future complications.

7. Legal due diligence

8. Opening a bank account

10. Post-purchase assistance

After acquiring the property, we also assist with administrative procedures:

registration in BULSTAT;
registration of the property with the tax authorities;
change of ownership in the cadaster;
transfer of water and electricity accounts;
assistance with payment of annual taxes;
assistance with registration at the Migration Office.
