Retail Park Plovdiv occupies 42,650 sq m and consists of two retail buildings with total built-up area of 26,400 sq m and a car park to accommodate 450 vehicles. Landmark is the company investing in this project exceeding € 21 million. The development in Plovdiv celebrates the introduction of the well-established international concept for retail parks in Bulgaria. Retail parks are said to represent a new role model in the retail sector and a modern style of shopping. The retail space size that varies between 600 and 2,000 sq m and the option of purchasing all required home goods, clothing, sports equipment and food at more reasonable price are some of the park's distinguishing features.
Construction works started in spring 2007 and the second building began operating in December 2008. A number of famous retailers like Greek Sprider, Sport Depot, Technomarket, bauMax construction hyper market can be found on site. Piccadilly, Euroland, Bulgarche Music Café and Martineli will be launched this year too.
